Vladimir Keil is the CEO of askLio and a pioneer of agentic AI in procurement. Together with AI experts from Silicon Valley and his team at the Technical University of Munich, he created the askLio platform, which automates free-text requests, enables guided buying, and secures approval workflows. Building on this foundation, the world’s first specialised Procurement Agents were launched, covering negotiation, sourcing, order confirmation, PR review, and more. Most recently, the team developed Lio X, which lets buyers design their own micro-agents in plain language to eliminate remaining manual tasks.
askLio now serves more than 500,000 users and is live at enterprise companies worldwide. The team received an award from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, presented by Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck.
