Tanja Ferkau

IMPCT

Tanja Ferkau is a well-established expert in sustainability transformation, driving systemic change in business and society. In 2017, she founded the non-profit IMPCT gGmbH for civil society transformation, followed two years later by IMPCT for Change GmbH. Together with her team, she advises organizations and companies on strategy, reporting, stakeholder analysis, and the development of sustainability standards. Since 2005, she has been teaching as a lecturer at German universities and, through co-founding SPORTS20 gGmbH, focuses on sport as a lever for sustainable transformation. Tanja Ferkau serves on various advisory boards and is a keynote speaker, including at COP, HSW, and UN side events.
