Stefan Triendl has been working in sales at XFT GmbH for several years and has first-hand knowledge of the challenges of digital procurement and contract processes.

In his role, he is responsible for the entire XFT product portfolio in the purchase-to-pay area, including XFT Contract Manager 4S4, which enables the entire contract lifecycle to be seamlessly integrated into SAP, as well as XFT Purchase Manager 4S4, which digitally and seamlessly manages procurement processes—from purchase requisitions (BANF) through ordering and receiving goods to invoice approval.

He also deals with the current hot topic of AI in contract management, helping companies use XFT Contract Manager 4S4 to make their contract processes more efficient, transparent, and significantly smarter.
