Rainer Roßmüller has more than two decades of general management experience in global industrial companies. His career at Siemens includes positions as Head of Purchasing (Power & Gas Division), Quality Management Leader (Energy Management), Managing Director of a Siemens subsidiary, and Vice President at Siemens Industrial Solutions. His key achievements include strategic programs such as the implementation of PLM systems, top management task force projects in business-critical situations, cost reduction programs, and the introduction of global procurement standards. He studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and the University of California, Davis, as well as economics with a focus on strategic management at FernUniversität Hagen. Since 2018, he has been working at Siemens Healthineers, where he focuses on sustainability, digitalization, and advanced materials management—with the goal of developing data-driven solutions across the entire product lifecycle, including supply chains.
