She started her journey as a transfer manager and continuous improvement expert in operations, where she learned firsthand how people, processes, and change intersect on the shopfloor. Her curiosity for efficiency and cross‑functional impact led her to roles in strategic planning & reporting for the COO, and later to leading advanced purchasing, where she drove early‑phase supplier strategies and cross‑site alignment. As an internal consultant for the company’s productivity and efficiency program, Rahma worked closely with global teams to build scalable improvements and strengthen the link between business needs and operational performance. Today, as Head of Business Services in Romania, she leads diverse teams focused on process excellence, digitalization, and enabling smarter ways of working across the organization.
