Nuvia is Managing Director of VERSO GmbH and founder of the VERSO Academy. She was honoured with the "4x4 under 40" award in 2024 by WDJ and SZ Institut for her entrepreneurial achievements. Before VERSO, she held various positions as a specialist and manager, including as the youngest Head of Communications at an MDAX-listed company. The common thread running through Nuvia's professional career is a passion for entrepreneurial thinking, innovation and technology as well as sustainability. Her professional career includes positions at Sony Music Entertainment Germany, BurdaForward, in the non-profit and political sector as well as at the IT service provider CANCOM. For more than a decade, Nuvia was also involved in various voluntary political positions to promote sustainability. She has been Chief Marketing & People Officer at VERSO since 2020 and founded the VERSO Academy in 2021, which hundreds of sustainability managers have already completed.
