Martin Göring

SAP

As Vice President Service Procurement, Martin Göring is responsible for global service procurement at SAP SE.

Before joining SAP's Global Procurement Organisation (GPO), he worked in the internal management consultancy ‘Business Transformation Services - CPO Advisory’, helping purchasing organisations of large SAP customers to successfully digitalise their business processes. He has led co-innovation projects with large automotive groups and played a key role in the development of the predecessor solution to today's Ariba Category Management.

In addition, Martin can look back on a long career in specialised purchasing consultancies, where he has supported medium-sized companies and global corporations in implementing cost optimisation, organisational and purchasing strategy projects.

Martin studied business administration at WHU Koblenz and lives with his family near Düsseldorf.
