Constantin Lutz is Gain's Delivery Manager based in Cologne, leading the worldwide rollout of Gain's AI Employees for procurement and merchandising. He joined Gain in October 2025, bringing a background in venture clienting (REWE digital), VC scouting (Flashpoint), and early-stage founding experience. He holds a BSc in International Business from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
