Laura Kritzer is Head of Department at SEW‑EURODRIVE in Bruchsal, Baden, and is responsible for the Financial Accounting International department, which comprises the three groups Group Accounting, Insurance, and Shareholdings Management. With ten years of experience at SEW in various leadership and project roles - including the introduction of IFRS (2023) and leading CSRD reporting - her focus is on international finance and sustainability topics. The 36-year-old is also a founding member of the company’s internal women’s network, SEWWoman.
