Klaas Henning

Klaas Henning is a Senior Consultant at Metroplan. The company has specialised in supply chain management, logistics and procurement for many years.  At Metroplan, he takes on various roles in digitalisation, purchasing optimisation and business process improvement projects.

As an expert in process optimisation and digitalisation, he works with his clients to create tailored digitalisation strategies in order to optimise, streamline and automate processes.

With a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from WHU and more than 8 years of experience in purchasing, materials management, logistics and project management, he is now a specialist in purchasing process optimisation and digitalisation. 
Customised end-to-end solutions for SMEs and the optimal use of ERP and e-procurement systems as well as fully automated invoice processing and verification are frequent topics here.

Prior to his current position, Klaas Henning managed various projects at HANSA-FLEX AG, including the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA for the MM division and the implementation of e-procurement solutions in over 200 German branches.
