Katharina is an experienced leader and has been able to pursue her passion for procurement in various companies. As Global Head of Performance & Digitalization, she is responsible for the IT systems in Procurement at ERGO on an international level, driving automation (AI, rPA, etc.) as well as performance analytics and Procurement methodologies. She is also looking after all governance and risk management topics, driving continuous risk resilience for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for the external staff risk management of ERGO.
