Jan-Michael Stiksel is CEO and one of the co-founders of SpendOne. Before founding the company, he spent more than eleven years at AirPlus International, one of the world’s leading B2B credit card providers, headquartered in Germany. Jan-Michael Stiksel held various sales roles, managed a distinguished portfolio of national and international clients, and most recently held a senior leadership position in account management. Through hundreds of conversations with finance and procurement leaders, he came to recognize that indirect procurement in many companies is still shaped by costly, manual, opaque, difficult-to-control, and in some cases highly risk-prone processes. This experience became the core idea behind the founding of SpendOne: to rethink this area with innovative solutions and strong partners such as AirPlus.
