Hoang Anh Nguyen is the Chief Growth & Communications Officer at the impact startup ecoLocked, where he leads the areas of communication, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Before joining ecoLocked, he was Head of Communications and Sustainable Construction at alcemy, another startup in the construction and concrete sector. He deepened his industry experience as Coordinator for Digitalization and Innovation at the German Property Federation (ZIA) e.V., the leading association of the construction and real estate industry. Furthermore, Hoang Anh Nguyen volunteers as a spokesperson for sustainability innovations and startups in the construction industry for the network solid UNIT e.V., and as a board member of the Federal Association for Digital Construction (BDBau). From 2021 to 2023, he was politically active as the Chairman of the City Development Committee in Berlin-Mitte, which gave him an excellent understanding of the challenges associated with bureaucracy and citizen participation in major projects.
