Fieke Harinck

Dr. Harinck has spent more than 30 years in academia. First as a student of social psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, then as a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and from 2001 to 2023, as an Assistant professor at Leiden University.
She studied negotiation and conflict management, and she has published more than 40 articles, including a chapter in the Oxford Research Encyclopedia. Since September 2023, she is an independent trainer and coach in the field of negotiation and communication.
