Dr. Lena Kuhlmann
HANSA-FLEX
Lena Kuhlmann is the head of purchasing at HANSA-FLEX AG in Bremen since February 2023. She manages both the direct and indirect purchasing teams. Her focus is particularly on increasing the efficiency of her teams through appropriate employee training and development as well as the introduction of new digital tools.
She is currently building up the strategic purchasing team, by separating operational and strategic purchasing responsibilities. The exchange and harmonization with the other purchasing departments of the various production areas in Germany and the foreign companies as well as the expansion of cooperation with domestic and foreign sales are also core topics of her work.
Before taking over as Head of Purchasing at HANSA-FLEX AG, Lena Eisenhut worked in project management and project purchasing at a forging company in the south-west of Germany.
