Her expertise includes the implementation of purchase-to-pay systems, ISO certification in purchasing, purchasing controlling, risk management and compliance with the legal requirements of the Supply Chain Management Act. Together with her team, she relies on proven processes, methods, and the corresponding purchasing-related software tools for Korian Germany.
