As Chief Procurement Officer, Constanze Luschnat is responsible for purchasing at ENGIE in Germany.
Category management, project purchasing, matrix organization, direct purchasing, excellence in the strategic and operational orientation of purchasing as well as people development and especially transformation are just some of the areas in which Constanze feels at home. She learned purchasing from the ground up and has already worked in various positions and units in international companies in the energy industry. Constanze's focus in 2024 will be on the further development of ENGIE's German purchasing organization and here specifically on positioning purchasing as a "strategic enabler" of the business.
