Christopher Matz, M.Sc. is responsible for sustainability reporting in his role as Head of Fund Controlling and ESG Regulatory Affairs at Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltung AG. As a trained banker and economist, he has many years of expertise in the field of corporate controlling. He gained his detailed regulatory and scientific knowledge in the field of sustainability reporting through his successfully completed certificate studies in environmental sciences and his qualification as a ‘Sustainability Reporting Advisor (EBS)’. Furthermore, he is committed to a more sustainable financial sector and is co-lead of the working group on regulation and impact of the German Impact Investing Initiative in cooperation with the German Federal Association for Alternative Investments (BAI).
