As Executive, Christian Küfner is globally responsible for the HAWE Hydraulic Group Procurement and has held various management positions in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management for more than 20 years. In addition to constant curiosity and procurement expertise, he was able to use it in various global development projects and industries such as automotive & railway, heating & air conditioning, additive manufacturing, the most important thing for Christian has always been the orientation towards people.

He sees himself as a people manager and developer, particularly with young talents, both professionally and privately.
