Björn Gerster, European Lead Centre of Excellence, Manufacturing, has worked for Dun & Bradstreet in various management positions in consulting and sales since 2013. Björn has been specialising in the fields of data and analytics for around 20 years. With his background in national and international service sales, he has extensive experience in consulting and sales of process optimisation and analysis projects. He also focuses on data-driven integration and automation for use cases relating to master data management, supply chain management, CRM, lead and customer management. Björn heads the "Centre of Excellence Manufacturing" in Europe, which focuses on the implementation of innovative approaches, data-driven strategies and the promotion of growth in the industry.
