Katharina Weber
Negotiation Advisory Group
Her credo is as simple as it is clear: negotiating is MORE - much more than the annual price
negotiation - because everyone negotiates several times a day.
For her, every (digital) interaction in daily business as well as in private life offers the opportunity to
reposition oneself argumentatively, to expand one's network and to look behind the façade of the
counterpart. In all these interactions - whether in internal stakeholder management, in dealing with
monopoly suppliers, in sales or in staff meetings - the starting point is the person with the personal
perception and the individual stories. The fact is that individual needs, personal interests, and goals
are hidden in every communication. It is important to use this knowledge strategically.
As a passionate negotiator with a lot of experience in high-volume and complex negotiations, she
advises multinational clients as a partner in the Negotiation Advisory Group. Her goal: systematic
optimisation of results across the entire organisation. After studying economics with a focus on
competition economics and auction theory and more than nine years of practice in international
consulting firms, she is one of the founding members of NAG and leads the team of consultants as
Head of Consulting.
