With over ten years of experience in various IT roles, Maria Heller now serves as Procurement Solution Director at Mars Pet Nutrition, where she is responsible for all digital aspects of procurement on a global scale.
Her current focus is on transforming the procurement function into a fully digital, harmonized, and strategically aligned global organization – future-ready and agile.
Key areas of responsibility include developing and executing a digital ecosystem strategy, leading system implementations and enhancements, driving process optimization, data structures and shaping organizational and governance structures.
Maria especially enjoys working in international teams – including remote setups – where she can apply her intercultural expertise and extensive experience in global environments.
