After more than 10 years in various IT positions, the business IT specialist is currently working as Procurement Solution Director for Mars Pet Nutrition and is therefore responsible for all digital matters in procurement worldwide. Your current focus is on transforming purchasing into a completely digital and harmonious global area, including all strategically important orientations, in order to be prepared for tomorrow.
These include, among other things, the digital ecosystem strategy, system introductions/developments, process optimization, organizational and governance strategies. Maria Heller enjoys working in international teams, even with remote parts, in which she can use her intercultural skills.
