Since June 2023, I’m the SVP, Global Head of Procurement Product Supply Crop Science at Bayer. “Procurement” falls far short of my role, because it involves entire ecosystems that we orchestrate as teams – true to our motto #IgnitingNetworks. I am particularly interested in transformation, change and leadership.
Those topics accompanied me throughout my life, from studying law to working as an in-house lawyer for Bayer for several years up until joining Procurement ten years ago. I’ve held a variety of different leadership tasks and roles in the areas strategy, sustainability, innovation, digitalization and indirect purchasing and tackle new challenges with curiosity.
