Florian Ansgar Jaeger, Head of Carbon Assessment at Siemens SiGREEN, has held various positions in research and development since 2011, first at Siemens Technology and later at Siemens Digital Industries. He is an expert in life cycle assessment methodology. His main focus is currently on the development of methods, software and organizations for sharing primary data-based product footprints along the value chain. Besides his internal role in software development, he drives standardization of methods and data models in working groups of WBCSD, Catena-X, TFS and is working group leader of WGII Standards and Norms Compatibility at ESTAINIUM. He studied environmental engineering and environmental science at TU Berlin and UNEP Institute, Tongji University, Shanghai.
