His value contribution is focused on the development and execution of global procurement strategies, supplier risk management, and leading transformational change within intercultural teams in dynamic matrix organizations. Thomas’ current research is focused on driving sustainability into procurement organisations to create a competive advantage and prepare organisations to comply with current and future requirements. Thomas is appointed as Senior Director Sourcing & Supply Chain at the Hager Group. The Hager Group is a leading supplier of solutions and services for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings with more than 12.100 employees and a turnover of around 2,6 billion euros.
