Markus WENECSEK has held various positions in procurement in Austria and abroad for more than 25 years, 20 of which with management responsibility.
Since January 2022, he has been responsible for Group Procurement at Porsche Holding Salzburg as Chief Procurement Officer and authorized officer.
In addition to digitalization, he is passionate about positioning procurement as a value driver and partner of the specialist departments at eye level.
The continuous further development of the organization, methods, processes and systems as well as the employees required for this determine his actions.
Before joining Porsche Holding Salzburg, Markus WENECSEK held various management positions in both private and public procurement at companies such as ÖBB, A1 Telekom Austria and the heat-group.
