Lars Geruschke heads the global procurement and supplier management at LESER, the largest manufacturer of safety valves in Europe and one of the leading companies in its industry worldwide.
For more than 200 years, LESER safety valves safeguard plants and processes from overpressure incidents.
After leading various logistical units as an officer in the Bundeswehr, he has been working in various functions within procurement for more than 15 years, both for medium-sized family companies such as LESER and larger corporations.
In the various positions it was and is important to him to improve the adaptability of the procurement function to business needs and to enable the employees to take responsibility.
