Alexander F. Schmale is the Head of Purchasing of a medium-sized industry leader in the field of electrical installation, where he has adapted the purchasing organization to the challenges of the market in recent years, thus ensuring production and at the same time further increasing the acceptance of purchasing.

His strengths lie in the leadership, promotion and development of employees, as well as the implementation of the constantly growing demands on procurement, taking into account cross-functional interfaces within the company, as well as external partners.

Not least due to his more than ten years of experience in the field of automotive supply, he is aware of the importance of digitalization. There, he was already responsible for and coordinated the troop-wide introduction of an SRM system and is currently driving digitalization forward for the KAISER Group.

He´s an expert in the area of negotiation management and preparation, his learned and acquired knowledge in this area led to the fixing of various savings in the million range, with which his employees and he were able to ensure the contribution to the company's profit.
