Simone Kollmann-Göbels is Senior Vice President at the STRÖER Group and is responsible for all subsidiaries. After studying business administration and psychology in Cologne and London, she wrote her diploma thesis at the REWE Group, for which she then worked internationally in internal auditing. She has been working in a variety of positions and areas for the STRÖER Group since 2013 and is now responsible for purchasing, fleet, insurance, mobile communications, real estate and the corporate carbon footprint.

She is co-founder of the real estate course and lecturer at the Cologne Business School in Cologne and is involved in various programs that promote women in leadership positions: including IWiL (Initiative Women into Leadership) and GenerationCEO. She is also a member of FidAR (Women on the Supervisory Board) and has been represented on the Supervisory Board of STRÖER SE & Co. KGaA since June 2022.
