After initially working in various purchasing roles at a global tier-1 automotive supplier, he switched to consulting.His consulting focus is on the holistic transformation of purchasing functions with a focus on Source-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, digital transformation and sustainability in the supply chain.
An essential component of success in his consulting projects is the integrated approach of business, people and IT at his clients.
