I am working at the Telekom Group for 11 years and currently being responsible for managing and developing Deutsche Telekom’s strategic procurement tools and processes. In the last 18 years I worked in different areas of procurement (sourcing, procurement engineering, process and system management, inventory management) and gained my experience in cost modelling, global ERP rollout, digital signature implementation and operational excellence projects. Currently my focus topics is data driven procurement.
