Eva Knein

As Head of Non-Pharma Purchasing, at Europe's largest mail-order pharmacy, based in the Netherlands, Eva Knein is responsible for the procurement of all non-pharmaceutical products and supporting services, ranging from simple packaging materials up to complete warehouse systems. For more than six years she has been responsible for the topics of strategies, processes, digitization of procurement processes.

While still at the university, Eva Knein founded her first start-up, an office that focused on increasing the space efficiency, including the management of the relocation processes for banks and medium-sized companies. Her largest project so far, was the management of office layout planning and the relocation of one of the world's biggest financial service providers, located at FFM. Her first project at DocMorris N.V. was the management of the relocation and consolidation of the administration and logistics at the new Heerlen site. She is currently focused on the exploitation of synergies with the newly acquired companies, especially in the digitization, harmonization, and bundling of procurement processes.
