Germo Schroebler is Head of Digital Procurement and responsible for the digitalization of procurement in the STRABAG Group. Mr. Schroebler is a construction engineer and has more than 20 years of extensive experience and responsibility in turnkey construction as well as the associated procurement and related development and digitization projects.
His current responsibilities focus on the introduction of a supplier and procurement portal for the entire construction and service volume in the STRABAG Group and the associated standardization and transformation of procurement.
For a successful transformation in procurement, his personal commitment is to the integration of suppliers and sustainability requirements into a digitally continuous source-to-pay process and a BIM-supported processing of procurement.
