Jennifer Ives has been working in the department Strategic Procurement Indirects of Olympus, a Japanese medical device company, for 5 years and is managing the procurement of Professional Services as well as Marketing & Event Services in the EMEA region with her team.
Jennifer is currently driving the implementation of an in-house Procurement Academy that provides training to procurement professionals as well as their stakeholders to make them work together more efficiently and to establish the procurement department as a valuable business partner within the company.
Prior to joining Olympus, Jennifer worked for many years as a Strategic Procurement Manager for services in the field of Marketing, Media & Printing at Tchibo and holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.
