Josef Gutsmiedl is Founder & Managing Director of P.S. Cooperation GmbH - a company completely dedicated to industrial Kanban from a customer perspective.
He draws on more than 12 years of experience in the selection, establishment and consulting around Kanban and industrial procurement systems.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt and technology enthusiast, he has always been a proponent of lean processes in the supply chain. He believes that the future belongs to open and flexible Kanban systems that enable networking from the work floor to the warehouse to the supplier.
With his expertise, he founded the startup P.S. Cooperation in 2019 together with his technology-experienced founding partner Manuel Huning.
Josef Gutsmiedl is responsible for the corporate management and group customers of P.S. Cooperation GmbH.
