Christoph Sedlmeir

Christoph Sedlmeir was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) prime-ing in 2018. Since 2007, he had amassed comprehensive knowledge and competence in personnel services through different positions of responsibility within the ABLE GROUP. His expertise includes exceptional skills in talent management, process optimisation in the initiation and implementation of projects, digitalisation of purchasing and personnel management.

Christoph Sedlmeir has acted in a consultative role for many major clients and, across the Group, is the go-to expert for the correct and proper implementation of the regulations set out in the revised Temporary Employment Act in Germany (2017). He is also responsible within the ABLE GROUP for ensuring compliance of legal contracts for works and services. The relaX tool has also been developed largely based on his knowledge and expertise. The innovative software tool ensures the efficient and legally-compliant management of external suppliers and freelancers based on defined workflows, thereby limiting the risk of quasi-self-employment.
