BRUGGMANNAGEMENT
Mario Bruggmann is the "Supply Chain Innovator" and works as an interim manager and seminar tutor under his brand BRUGGMANNAGEMENT. He takes on temporary line functions in companies focused on procurement and other management jobs. He also organises seminars and training courses on a wide range of purchasing and supply chain management topics.
Mario is also the founder of the private initiative #SocialProcurement, with which he is passionately committed to the use of social media to support the goals of procurement.
Mario Bruggmann has worked in permanent and interim positions in procurement and supply chain management for over 25 years. Due to his various positions during this time, he has extensive knowledge in the areas of international procurement, contract manufacturing and distribution in Western and Eastern Europe, the USA, South America, and Asia. Amongst others, he has held several group functions in medical technology and telecommunications companies and has managed global purchasing departments and companies with more than 100 employees.
His personal concerns are to make procurement more visible, both online and offline, and to drive the professionalisation of procurement as a function. He wants to make procurement attractive for high potentials and top talents and contributes this view as an advisory board member in several companies.
