Leslie Weiss TX Group AG (largest private media group in Switzerland). Leslie Weiss joined TX Group AG in 2017. She is the Head of Corporate Procurement, as well as a Project Manager in the Development Department of Group Operations at TX Group AG. She has restructured the procurement department in 2021 to meet the role as a customer-oriented service provider. A unified procurement process will strengthen efficiency in service delivery, and the introduction of a project management tool will create transparency about the projects handled. She holds a Master in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen. Therefore, her passion is the continuous customer-oriented development / optimization of procurement, as well as all group operations. In doing so, she also likes to pursue unconventional approaches to drive optimization.
