Franziska Bauerfeind

Franziska Bauerfeind completed her Master's degree in Business Administration (M.Sc) at the TU Dresden. In her master's thesis, she researched the impact of message framing in health communication. In 2012, she began her professional career at AOK PLUS, where she gained diverse experiences in various positions and projects, including roles as executive assistant, coordinator for location analyses, and project team member for health communication and digital topics. Since 2022, she has been working as the Sustainability Officer at AOK PLUS. As the Sustainability Officer of AOK PLUS, her responsibilities include developing and implementing sustainability strategies. Her focus lies in identifying areas for improvement and initiating projects that promote sustainability, both within the company and advance a sustainable and preventive healthcare system. Working together with a small team of diverse skills and roles, she drives sustainable practices forward within the AOK PLUS.
