As a specialist in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, he has many years of experience as a strategic consultant as well as an operational manager. Prior to joining ADCO, he held positions at well-known companies such as E.ON, Grohe, and Roland Berger. He brings deep expertise in multiple areas - purchasing reorganization, spend optimization, and change management in particular.
