Negotiating on an international level has been his daily business for 20 years. In China, he founded a consulting company together with Toni Piëch and advised international clients on market entry and negotiations with local partners. For Studio F.A. Porsche, he has negotiated licensing and design contracts worldwide. In doing so, he has developed a sense for leading multiculturally difficult negotiation cases and, more recently, negotiations under virtual conditions to success. As a partner at NAG, he shares his knowledge in training and coaching at C-level. His focus is also on data-driven negotiations in order to achieve more transparency and efficiency in difficult negotiations with the help of artificial intelligence and to achieve the best results in negotiations with processes and structures through the optimal interaction of man and machine.
