Tanja started her work life in marketing and product management. Then she switched to procurement, first in publishing followed by the pharmaceutical industry.
Currently she heads the procurement departement of HASPA together with Miriam Neßlinger in a job sharing model.
HASPA is in a transformation process. Certainly, procurement has a vital role in this creating future-fit sourcing solutions for the bank.
Apart from that she needs to find a new procurement system and prepare the team to further focus on a strategic role (thereby, establish end-to-end processes, focus on digitalisation and automatisation).
She is a no-know-it-all as she trusts in a strong team and network.
Tanja Punnanchira has a Bachelor in the Netherlands and a MBA from the University of Hamburg.
