Andre Müller

In many procurement areas, Andre Mueller sees untouched potential when it comes to modern methods in procurement data management. Shrinking team resources would profit by reduced search times for information, more time is available for strategizing and negotiating. Each decision maker in procurement would enjoy a personalized data set and enhanced analytic capabilities, leading to more and better findings through combined data. CFO and CPO are always up to date, more data power means more procurement power – you may feel it when Sales is asking for access! Andre has always been fascinated by the interdependencies between markets and company value. After studying Marketing and Controlling, he worked for BASF in Milan and Ludwigshafen, before he joined thyssenkrupp nearly 20 years ago, where he encounters diverse industry sectors. He managed the groupwide procurement programme and groupwide Category Management for direct materials. Today, he is building up an internal Procurement Consulting team and assists internal and external customers in all questions about procurement accounting and steering.
