Dr.-Ing. Thomas Schneider started his Career at Bain & Company, Germany Inc. From the very early days at Bain he has been assigned to procurement projects in automotive industry and their respective suppliers., After five years at Bain he joined ERGO Primary Insurance Group AG as Divisional Director of facility management, purchasing and logistics. After eight years in this position he rejoined Bain & Company, Germany Inc. as Expert Associate Partner Procurement. In this function we supported clients in the mechanical and plant engineering, software, logistics and automotive industry. Since end of 2019 Dr.-Ing. Thomas Schneider rejoined ERGO Group AG as its Group Chief Procurement Officer.
