Romina Sauer

Romina Sauer’s main interest is how to further improve all operative and strategic processes within the buying department. She has been deeply involved in this task ever since she started her career in the buying department in 2010.

Over the past two years, she played a leading role in successfully setting up a strategic buying department at Peek&Cloppenburg. Together with her team, she makes sure that all processes in the supply chain run smoothly.

The most exciting thing about her job is the diversity of tasks and challenges. Through the tight collaboration with her colleagues from buying, logistics, or finance and accounting, she is able to acquire an excellent overview of many of the company's most central issues, and she is pleased to see the results that were accomplished together. It is particularly important for Romina to support her team members and to foster their professional development. Everyone under her leadership and guidance should be able to learn, thrive, and discover their strengths.

Romina Sauer lives in the beautiful city of Düsseldorf together with her husband and two children.
