With the right mix of facts, honest pictures, words and emotions - in dialogues, forums, projections. She does it with humor. And takes it seriously! She studied communication and media science. After some agency experience, she initially worked in the Deutsche Bank group in the communications sector and has since accompanied communication and change processes in various group divisions and subsidiaries for years. She specializes in people's change and value creation processes as part of the digital transformation. She was Head of Digital Culture in Postbank's CDO until the end of 2020.
