Fabian Bigus is the Head of Global Procurement Excellence at tesa SE. In this role Fabian and his team define and implement the digital infrastructure of the global procurement organization. Besides the typical digitization of processes, he is focusing on innovation and scouting solutions for the supply market. Before joining tesa, Fabian worked six years as a consultant and project lead for Strategy& (part of the PwC Network) and implemented organization, digitization and optimization projects in the broad area of operations and procurement in various industries.
