Mark Miller is Managing Partner at Carlsquare Hamburg. Carlsquare is an independent and partner-managed investment bank. They advise companies, shareholders and financial investors during the implementation of strategic goals in the field of corporate finance/M&A. Through Carlsquare’s partnership with the international M&A network Globalscope, they offer integrated cross-border M&A advice for medium-sized transactions. Across Europe, Carlsquare has 70 employees in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, London, Kopenhagen and Stockholm. Mark Miller studied economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke and at the University of Texas at Austin. Later stations at Deutsche Bank and Bertelsmann. He was involved in more than 150 transactions in the past 18 years.
