Dominique Kleber

Dominique Kleber has been managing in family business Nabholz for four years the purchasing, warehouse & logistics department. Strategic agreements and their process-optimized, operational implementation are her core tasks.
Together with a small team, she ensures the daily supply to the companies and fleet customers operating throughout Germany, works on industry-specific logistics solutions with major manufacturers, and accompanies digitization and process management in other departments of the company.

Dominique Kleber started in sales and after training, she was a office manager in a start-up in the online tire trade. Then she moved to the daughter company of her current employer. There, marketing campaigns and sales strategies were tested under her leadership, and she was also responsible for the further development and implementation of the new ERP system from Nabholz Autoreifen GmbH.

After completing her studies as a marketing manager and marketing economist (focusing on market analysis and corporate strategy), she switched to the other side of the table and brought the existing processes and new requirements to create a central purchasing department. With the design and development of appropriate tools, she created a platform for operational purchasing to support strategic agreements and at the same time combine sales goals.
