Peter Hagenow is an industrial engineer and began his career almost 20 years ago in production optimization for a Swedish automotive supplier and its supplier network. He has since been involved in establishing and restructuring production and procurement departments in various industrial sectors. Before his current position, Peter Hagenow was CEO of a wholesaler that specialized in worldwide material procurement for restructuring and construction work in real estate companies. He and his teams are currently building up global central purchasing at the KWS Saat Group. In addition to establishing up-to-date processes, the focus is on digitizing them and leveraging all the value creation potential of modern purchasing organizations.
